| Minimum Qualifications | |
| Completion of 60 semester credits. Two years of experience in subsidized housing, public or social services, or customer service experience is required. Additional related experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Must obtain a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) or comparable certification by a national housing organization during the probationary period. Must possess a Driver license. | |
