| Minimum Qualifications | |
| Bachelor's degree. Three years of experience in geographic information systems records management, construction permit acquisition and permit conditions negotiation and/or water and sewer engineering experience in the review and processing of water and sewer main extension plans and/or as-built plans are required. Additional experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis. | |
