| Minimum Qualifications | |
| Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Regional Planning, Business Administration, Public Administration or related field. A minimum of three to five years of solid waste management planning or related experience in local government is required. Additional experience in a solid waste environment may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis. | |
