| Minimum Qualifications | |
| High school diploma or GED. Three years of experience in plans examinations, reviewing zoning code requirements in governmental jurisdictions, building contracting, structural engineering, or plans processing to include landscape design are required. Completion of coursework in Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Building Construction, Real Estate, Landscape Development or related field may substitute for required experience on a year-for-year basis. Must possess or obtain an Arborist Certification prior to the completion of the probationary period. | |
