| Minimum Qualifications | |
| Bachelor degree. Four years of responsible supervisory experience in ocean rescue/ lifeguarding work at a municipal ocean front or beach swimming facility to include experience in aquatic programming, emergency rescue procedures or ocean rescue administration are required. Additional required experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis up to a maximum of two years. | |
