Initial Recommendations Report
A report published by DP&Z containing initial recommendations on each application, the rationale and other data & analysis.
County Code deadline:

August 25th (April Cycle)

February 25th (October Cycle)
1) The applications report is reviewed and sent back to DP&Z. The following departments review:
Fire WASD Aviation DERM School District Parks Public Works Transit Solid Waste Office of Historic Preservation Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO)
Next Step: Goes to Community Council Public Hearing
DP&Z, Planning Division:

Records copies received

Reviews printed copies
-
Prepares memo to distribute reports

Delivers reports

Copies to CC, PAB, and all County Departments and staff

Withdrawal possible by applicant

Requests zoning history/info from Zoning Division; use of GIS zoning layer

Information request to Departments/Agencies pertaining to input analysis

Receives traffic studies from applicant

Prepares Development Impact Tables

Field trips/site visits by DP&Z staff

Research Section inputs information: includes economic analysis; use of Real-Time Development
