Community Council Public Hearing
A Public Hearing at which the affected Community Council in whose vicinity certain applications are located will make recommendations to PAB (Planning Advisory Board) and BCC (Board of County Commissioners).

2) Ad about hearing is published in the Miami Herald

- Receipts confirmed
- Prepares Display Boards for Public Hearing
- Prepares Ad for CC Public Hearing
- Communications Department sends ad
- Miami Herald publishes ad
- Notifies affected Municipalities
- Prepares CC Draft Resolutions
