Final actions on Small Scale Application amendments taken by ordinance, County Code mandate and deadline.

Small-Scale applications are decided on by BCC.

If application is not adopted & is denied by BCC -- it is not transmitted and the application process ends. The application may be resubmitted as new application in another cycle.

- Finalize Small-Scale ordinance & memo
- Small-Scale ordinance In Legistar System
- Obtain Certified Ordinance from Clerk of Courts
- Prepare Small-Scale adopted transmittal letter
- Prepare Small-Scale Summary of Final Actions Report - See Example
- Prepare Small-Scale Land Use Plan Map Series using GIS software
- Assemble covenants/additional information
- Prepare adopted Small-Scale package for transmittal to DCA
- Send adopted Small-Scale package to DCA
- Send adopted Small-Scale to all County Depts., Assistant County Attorney, Mayor and other staff as necessary
