    Second and final Public Hearing by PAB making final recommendations to the BCC.

    State Law and County Code mandate that PAB meet twice and deadlines are met.

    Applicant makes a presentation.

    1) Miami Herald publishes ad

    2) Attend Public Hearing

    • Applicant makes a presentation

    3) Board makes decision

    Next Step: Final BCC Public Hearing

    DP&Z, Planning Division:

    • Assembles PAB Final Public Hearing Packages
    • Attends PAB Final Public Hearing
    • Prepares Display Maps using GIS Citrix (ArcGIS) software
    • Provides sign-in sheets & Information Desk 
    • Makes presentations at PAB Public Hearing
    • Record minutes at PAB Public Hearing
    • Receive updated covenants if any
