    Day 459 -- 30 days since last step

    Notice of Intent Effective

    The amendment becomes in effect 21 days after the Notice of Intent (NOI) decision by DCA.

    State Law Mandate and Deadline

    1) This is the End of the CDMP Process following the expiration of the Petition Period of the amendment found in compliance. Adopted amendments are in effect at this point.

    Next Step: Applicant can now apply for zoning

    DP&Z, Planning Division:

    • Updates GIS Layers using GIS CMDP editing application
    • Updates CDMP; final output is adopted CDMP map available as PDF document on DP&Z website
    • The Summary of Final Actions document distributed to applicable County Departments and staff
