Was NOI Challenged?

NOIs that are in compliance and challenged, along with those not in compliance go to the State Department of Administrative Hearing

Applicant can choose Negotiation Option or can go to the DOAH Administrative Hearing 120.57.F.S.
Negotiation Option
If applicant chooses the Negotiation Option, applicant enters a Compliance Agreement & Remedial Plan Admt 163.3184(16)F.S. to resolve issues raised during the DCA hearing.

Application then goes to BCC to be approved through the BCC's Single PH Adoption.

Approved Remedial Amendment is transmitted to DCA.

Cumulative NOI by DCA Was it Challenged?
-
If the Cumulative NOI is challenged see State Department of Administrative Hearing.

If the Cumulative NOI is not challenged, Cumulative NOI is effective.
DOAH Administrative Hearing 120.57.F.S.

DCA or Governer and Cabinet issues final order with appeal possible to District Court of Appeals and/or Florida Supreme Court
-
If DOAH issues Final Order, Cumulative NOI is effective.
