August to September 2009 2. Public Workshops to identify issues
October 2009 3. Scoping Meeting with State, Regional & Local Agencies
February 2010 4. Letter of Understanding to DCA with final list of issues
April to June 2010 5. Prepare Draft EAR and deliver to Planning Advisory Board (PAB)
August 2 & 10, 2010 6. PAB Public hearings to review proposed EAR with continuance to August 10th.
August 2010 7. Transmit proposed EAR to DCA for optional review
September 2010 8. DCA Review (30 days)
March 23, 2011 9. Board of County Commissioners (BCC) Public Hearing to adopt the EAR
April 8, 2011 10. Transmit Adopted EAR to DCA
June 13, 2011 11. DCA provides preliminary sufficiency determination
July 13, 2011 12. DCA issues final sufficiency determination
April 2012 13. File EAR-Based Amendments
September 2012 14. Community Council Public Hearings
October 2012 15. Local Planning Agency Transmittal Public Hearing
November 2012 16. Board of County Commissioner Transmittal Public Hearing
December 2012 17. Transmittal of EAR-Based Amendments to State Agencies for Comments
February 2013 18. DCA to issue Objections, Recommendations and Comments (ORCP Report
March 2013 19. Local Planning Agency Public Hearing and Final Recommendations
April 2013 20. Final BCC action on EAR based amendments
