The Miami-Dade Board of County Commissioners appoints the members of the Historic Preservation Board.

Public Hearings are usually held at 2 p.m. every third Wednesday of the month. There is no meeting in the month of August.

Certificates of Appropriateness

 

Regular Certificates of Appropriateness can be approved by the staff. Special Certificates of Appropriateness require a Public Hearing in front of the Miami-Dade County Historic Preservation Board.
