Registration for Homeowners Associations (HOA)

The Department of Planning and Zoning provides a registration service to Homeowners Associations within unincorporated Miami-Dade County that wish to register to receive information regarding zoning hearing requests for properties within the defined boundaries of the association's jurisdiction. Please be advised that in order to receive this notification the president of the association must include his/her tax folio number on the application form. To register a Homeowners Association, obtain the registration form below and return the form to the GIS Services Section at the following address. This service is provided at no charge.
