The Zoning Inspections Section will also investigate complaints from the public regarding zoning violations relating to  commercial business locations that exceed the conditions under which a Certificate of Use is granted or fail to have a valid C.U. (Certificate of Use.)

Complaints regarding violations of Miami-Dade Zoning Code. All complaints involving alleged violations of Miami-Dade Zoning Code are the responsibility of Team Metro. The only exception is violations of 33-8. This is the requirement that a Certificate of Use be obtained.
