9463 Bike Ride |

Please join the families of Miami-Dade Police Department Officer, Cesar “Echy” Echaverry, FDLE Special Agent, Jose Perez, and Department of Homeland Security Officer, Jorge Arias, as they are honored by the 9463 Foundation for Florida’s Fallen Officers. The 9463 Foundation was founded in memory of Broward County Sheriff’s Sergeant, Christopher Reyka, who was killed outside a drug store in 2007. Riders will travel across the state to the different agencies who lost an officer. Breakfast is being catered by the Police Officers Assistant Trust from 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. The ceremony will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. After this year’s memorial roll call, kickstands go up at 11:00 a.m., and the state riders will be escorted by the Miami-Dade Police Department, Motor Unit, to Florida's Turnpike where they will continue this year’s ride. Media is welcome to attend.
