After providing the business names,  it was discovered that Shula’s Hotel and Golf Club, Shula’s Golf Club, and Shula’s Athletic Club were never shutdown.  The reason MDPD had these names is due to that fact that Shula’s Hotel and Golf Club, Shula’s Golf Club, and Shula’s Athletic Club proactively submitted “Attestation of Compliance with Miami-Dade County’s Reopening Guidelines” forms for each business.  Establishments should not submit these forms, unless they are mandated closed by authorities.  It was the good intention of the Shula Restaurant Group to submit these forms; however, the forms are not required by establishments that are in compliance.
