Homicide of Pedro Luis Castellon, W/Colombian/M

Occurred: Saturday, August 23, 1986, at 11 p.m., at N.W.199 Street & N.W. 47 Avenue (Dolphin Center Parking Lot) 

Narrative: At the above time, date, and location the victim was shot after a verbal argument with suspect # 2 below. The original argument occurred in the parking lot of the Las Villas Shopping Center outside of the Don Juan Restaurant located at 4897 N.W. 183 Street. The suspects are brothers and of Dominican descent who were known to frequent the Don Juan Restaurant almost daily.

While driving to another bar the suspects observed the victim in the parking lot of N.W. 199 Street & 47 Avenue. The suspects approached the victim and shot him causing his demise.

The two Suspects are only known as:
1. Jorge Morel, W/M, 5'8", 150 lbs., blonde hair, blue eyes, 30 years-old (1986).
2. Octavio Morel, W/M, 5'7", 170 lbs., brown hair, light colored eyes, 21 years-old (1986).
