According to investigators, a female in distress pleaded with restaurant employees to help her as the subject argued with her over the counter. Holding the women's purse in his hand, the subject grabbed the victim's arm and forcefully pulled her out of the restaurant. Restaurant employees called for police assistance as the victim braced herself on the door frame, unsuccessfully trying to escape abduction. Witnesses described the subject fleeing in a black sedan with the victim inside.

Surveillance video captured the images of the incident. Investigators are seeking the assistance of the community in identifying and/or locating both individuals. Video surveillance footage may be obtained from the FTP site.
