According to investigators, the victim observed a vehicle with flashing headlights traveling behind them.  They then noticed the vehicle activate red and blue lights, leading them to believe it was a police vehicle. Two subjects wearing ski masks, armed with a gun and an electronic control device, approached the vehicle and demanded the victims’ personal property and money.  A brief struggle ensued and the subject activated the electronic control device, striking the driver.  The subjects got away with a gold chain, a gold ring, and approximately $2,000.  As the two subjects began to walk away, the victim observed a third subject standing by the vehicle.  The subjects fled westbound on SW 45 Street.
