Attempted Murder


(Miami-Dade County, FL) -- 

The Miami-Dade Police Department, Northside District, is investigating an attempted murder that occurred on Friday, November 20, 2015.

According to investigators, at approximatley 5:18  p.m. the  victims were outside of the house and heard multiple shots coming from the east side of the street. Dayvon Davis was grazed on his right knee and Shania Lowery was struck multiple times on her lower extremities. 

Miami-Dade Fire Rescue (MDFR) responded and transported Shania to Ryder Trauma Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital in stable condition, where she was treated and released.  Dayvon was treated and released on the scene.

UPDATE#1: Through investigative leads, investigators were able to locate the subject in the case. He was arrested and charged accordingly.
