Vans carrying children and senior citizens shot by bb gun


(Miami-Dade County, FL) -- 

Detectives from the Miami-Dade Police Department, Northside District are investigating a shooting involving two vans transporting children and senior citizens.

According to investigators at approximately 8:30 a.m. both vans were traveling Northbound on NW 24 Avenue and NW 46 Street, when they heard the windows of their vans shattering.  Officers responded and determined that none of the occupants were injured. 

The investigation continues.
