The Miami-Dade Police Department, Homicide Bureau is assisting the City of Doral Police Department with an investigation into the death of Lattia Baumeister. According to investigators, Ms. Baumeister was undergoing a cosmetic procedure at 2500 N.W. 107 Avenue, when she experienced a medical emergency. Miami-Dade Fire Rescue responded and transported Ms. Baumeister to Kendall Regional Hospital, where she later died. Ms. Baumeister was visiting form Chicago.
