Three Juveniles Arrested For Murder


(Miami-Dade County, FL) -- 

Miami-Dade Police Department, Homicide Bureau detectives have arrested three juveniles for First Degree Murder in the shooting death of Mr. Tony Conway.

On Wednesday, January 3, 2018, at approximately 3:06 p.m., units from the Miami-Dade Police Department, Northside District, along with Miami-Dade Fire Rescue personnel, responded to 1301 NW 103 Street, in reference to a male shot.  Upon arrival, the officers located the victim suffering from what appeared to be a gunshot wound.  Miami-Dade Fire Rescue determined the victim was deceased on the scene.   

The investigation revealed, that three subjects entered Mr. Conway's apartment while he was away and waited for his return.  Once he entered his apartment he was robbed and shot in the stomach.  Mr. Conway fled his apartment and collapsed in the common area of the complex.  The subjects fled in an unknown direction.

As investigators continued to follow all leads, they were able to determine the identity and location of the three subjects. They were subsequently placed under arrest and charged accordingly.
