(Miami-Dade County, FL) -- 

The Miami-Dade Police Department, Homicide Bureau is investigating a shooting that left one person dead inside a residence.  According to investigators, the subject, Clarence Williams, and the victim, Johnny Eugene Brown, resided at the residence, located at 17355 S.W. 102 Avenue.  On today's date, the subject and the victim were involved in a verbal dispute. Clarence Williams left the residence and later returned, armed with a firearm.  Once inside the residence, Clarence Williams shot Johnny Eugene Brown and fled the area.  Miami-Dade Fire Rescue responded and pronounced Mr. Brown deceased on the scene.  Clarence Williams was immediately located and placed under arrest and charged accordingly.
