According to investigators, the victim was sitting inside of his vehicle, when unknown subject(s) approached him demanding his car.  The victim refused to comply and the subject shot him while he was attempting to drive away. The victim lost control of the vehicle striking a wall in the parking lot. The subject(s) fled in an unknown direction.  Miami-Dade Fire Rescue responded and pronounced the victim deceased on the scene.
