Near Drowning |

The Miami-Dade Police Department is investigating a near drowning of a 9 year old boy. According to investigators, the victim, Kevin Ramirez, was visiting the above residence when he was found unresponsive in the pool. The victim was removed from the pool and cardiopulmonary resuscitation was performed. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital, where he is in critical condition. The investigation continues.
