(Miami-Dade County, FL) -- 

The Miami-Dade Police Department Professional Compliance Bureau, Public Corruption Section, announces the arrest of Jorge E. Vaca.  Mr. Vaca illegally entered a Miami-Dade Wastewater Treatment Plant scale house.  Mr. Vaca proceeded to manipulate the scale computer system, and fraudulently obtained scale tickets and manifests for financial gain. Mr. Vaca was arrested and has been charged accordingly.
