Vehicle Burglary

(Miami-Dade County, FL) --

Detectives from the Miami-Police Department, Hammocks District have released video surveillance footage of an overnight vehicle burglary and are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and/or locating the burglar.

The investigators say that during early morning hours on Sunday, January 22, 2017 an unknown man entered the two parked sports utility vehicles (SUVs) which were parked in front of the residence located at 14400 SW 31 Street.

The burglar ransacked the vehicle and stole cigarettes, flash lights, and a total $2400.00 in US currency. He then fled in an unknown direction.

Video surveillance footage of the incident may be obtained from the FTP site.

The investigation continues.
