The Miami-Dade Police Department is currently investigating an incident that occurred at the above listed location. According to investigators, the victim placed his iPad on the counter of the store while purchasing items. Once he made the purchases, the victim mistakenly left the iPad behind and walked out of the store. The subject, along with three small children, then takes the iPad after concealing it with a white plastic bag. The iPad is engraved with "John and Monika Riley." Video surveillance captured the images of the subject and investigators are seeking the assistance of the community in identifying the individual responsible for this crime. Surveillance footage may be obtained from the FTP site. The investigation continues.
