The Miami-Dade Police Department, Homicide Bureau is investigating an incident that occurred at the above listed location. According to investigators, Sonia and Jorge were involved in a verbal dispute at which point Jorge armed himself with a firearm. He discharged the firearm at Sonia striking her several times and then shooting himself. Responding officers discovered the two bodies suffering from gun shot wounds and they were pronounced deceased. There were two adults and a toddler inside the residence at the time of the incident but were unharmed. The investigation continues...
