Traffic Crash (Fatality) - Update


(Miami-Dade County, FL) --  

According to Miami-Dade Police Traffic Homicide detectives, driver #1 (operating Ford Crown Victoria, green in color) was traveling eastbound on SW 268th Street when he struck an adult female (mother) and two children (sons) who were crossing the street.  One of the boys died shortly after the impact.  The adult female and second child were both transported to area hospitals in stable condition.  The driver and passengers (2 W/L/M's) in vehicle #1 were not injured.     

The driver of vehicle #1 has not been charged with a crime.
