The Miami-Dade Police Department, Homicide Bureau is investigating a death that occurred at the above listed location. According to investigators, a parent was involved in a verbal dispute with school personnel. Shortly after, Ms. Cooper, a Pre-K Paraprofessional, collapsed inside the school office. Fire-Rescue units responded and transported Ms. Cooper to a local hospital where she was pronounced deceased. It has not been confirmed if Ms. Cooper was involved in the dispute.
