Homicide (Update #1)

(Miami-Dade County, FL) --

The Miami-Dade Police Department, Homicide Bureau is investigating a murder that occurred at the above listed funeral home. According to investigators, while funeral services were taking place, shots were fired outside of the establishment striking approximately fourteen (14) people. One of the victims was deceased on the scene while another succumbed to his injuries at the hospital. A five (5) year old female was transported to JMH Ryder Trauma Center suffering from a gunshot wound but is listed in stable condition. Investigators believe that a white vehicle may be involved.

No further information will be available at this time.

The investigation continues...

UPDATE #1: Investigators continue to follow all leads. The viewing that was taking place at the time of the shooting was for Marvin Andre. Investigators have reasons to believe that this incident may be gang related. We are interested in locating a mid-sized white vehicle, possibly a Dodge Charger, which was seen leaving the scene.
