Sexual Battery


(Miami-Dade County, FL) --  

The Miami-Dade Police Department, Special Victims Bureau is investigating a sexual assault which occurred at the Allapattah Metrorail Station.

The victim exited the Metrorail train at the Allapattah Station and entered the restroom.  The subject followed the victim into the restroom and sexually assaulted him. (Prepared by Sgt. D. Cruz)

Surveillance video captured the image of the subject and investigators are seeking the assistance of the community in identifying and/or locating this individual. The video surveillance footage may be obtained from the FTP site. A composite sketch of the subject is also attached.
