On Tuesday, May 22, 2012, the Miami-Dade Police Department, Special Victims Bureau/Sexual Crimes arrested Heriberto Delgado for the Lewd and Lascivious Molestation of an 11 year old female. Delgado, a self-employed tutor, fondled the victim during her tutoring session.
