Homicide (Update #1)


(Miami-Dade County, FL) -- 

Miami-Dade Police Homicide detectives are investigating a shooting that resulted in the death of an adult male.  According to detectives, the two victims, passengers in a vehicle, were shot by subjects in an adjacent vehicle on N.E. 18th Avenue.  The driver of the victim’s vehicle fled the area and stopped at a convenience store located at 182nd Street & N.E. 18th Avenue.  One victim died on the scene and the second was transported to the Ryder Trauma Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital in serious condition.  The subject(s) fled the area in an unknown type make/model vehicle.  At this time, the motive is not known and the investigation is ongoing.  

UPDATE #1:  Both victims have been identified and listed above.
