The Miami-Dade Police Department, Northside District is investigating a shooting that occurred at the above listed location. According to investigators, the victim was traveling northbound and the subject was traveling southbound on N.W. 23 Avenue. As the victims approached NW 52 Street, the subject blocked their path by crossing in front of their vehicle. The subject exited his vehicle and had a verbal altercation with the victims and then proceeded to shoot them multiple times. He then fled in a red pick-up truck in an unknown direction. Both victims were transported to Ryder Trauma Center and their condition is unknown. The rear passenger was not harmed. According to witnesses, the subject was being addressed as “flaco”. He is considered armed and dangerous. UPDATE #1: Subject, Rosales-Ramirez has been arrested and charged with Attempted First Degree Murder (Firearm) and Possession of a Firearm during the commission of a Felony.
