(Miami-Dade County, FL) -- 

 The subject resides in the neighborhood where the victims live. The subject befriended the victims. While engaging in conversation with them, he fondled their genitals over their clothing. The Miami-Dade Police Department, Special Victims Bureau arrested the subject and charged him with 2 counts of Lewd and Lascivious Molestation.  The subject has a history of preying on children and is currently on probation.
