The Miami-Dade Police Department’s Homicide Bureau is investigating the death of an adult female. According to investigators, employees at the listed waste management recycling facility discovered the deceased body and notified authorities. At this time, there is no indication that the female is an employee at the facility. The body was subsequently transported to the Miami-Dade County Medical Examiner’s Office to determine the female’s identity and cause of death. The investigation continues. UPDATE #1: The decedent has been positively identified and her name is listed above. At this time, there is no additional information available for release.
