Strong Arm Robbery

(Miami-Dade County, FL) -- 

The Miami-Dade Police Department, Robbery Bureau detectives are investigating a strong armed robbery that occurred at the above listed location.  According to detectives, while the victim was attempting to pump gas, the subject approached her and forcibly snatch $20.00 from her hand before fleeing in his vehicle.  As the victim ran after the vehicle, she tripped and fell and sustained lacerations to her forehead.   

The investigation continues.

Surveillance video captured the image of the subject.  Investigators are seeking the assistance of the community in identifying and/or locating the individual. Video surveillance footage may be obtained from the FTP site.
