The Miami-Dade Police Department, Northwest District is investigating a theft that occurred at the above listed gas station. According to investigators, the victim parked her vehicle at a fuel pump leaving the driver door unlocked. While the victim was pumping gas, the subject opened the vehicle and stole the purse from inside. The subject was startled by the victim as she returned to the driver's side and fled in a black Hyundai. Surveillance video captured the image of the subject and investigators are seeking the assistance of the community in identifying and/or locating this individual. Video surveillance footage may be obtained from the FTP site.
