Felony Battery by Strangulation


(Miami-Dade County, FL) -- 

The Miami-Dade Police Department, Domestic Crimes Unit is investigating an incident that occurred in the parking lot of the residence.  According to investigators, Mr. Hernandez and Mrs. Linen are husband and wife and were inovolved in a verbal dispute.  Mr. Hernandez became irate and grabbed Mrs. Linen by the front area of her neck with his right hand and applied pressure impairing her breathing.  Mrs. Linen pushed him away and left with their son who was unharmed during the incident.  Mr. Hernandez was placed under arrest without incident.
