Miami-Dade Police Traffic Homicide detectives are investigating a Hit & Run that occurred at the above listed location. According to investigators, the victim (pedestrian) was crossing SW 11th Street from south to north when she was struck by an unknown vehicle that was traveling westbound on the same street. Vehicle #1 then continue to travel westbound without rendering aid and fled the area. Victim #1 was transported to the Ryder Trauma Center in critical condition. The investigation continues. UPDATE: The victim has died as a result of her injuries. Investigators continue to investigate all leads surrounding the case and are seeking the assistance of the community in identifying and/or locating the subject. The 911 calls may be obtained from the FTP site. Her sister, Natasa Jaric, will be addressing the media and will be available for interviews today, March 11, 2013 at 4260 SW 11th Street at 3 p.m.
