The Miami-Dade Police Department, Hammocks District, General Investigations Unit is investigating a theft that occurred on the above listed date and time. According to detectives, the subject placed an ad on the internet for the sale of 3 cell phones in the amount of $850.00. The victim then wired the full amount to the subject but never received the cell phones. Surveillance video captured the still images of the subject collecting the money at a local supermarket and investigators are seeking the assistance of the community in identifying and/or locating this individual.
