Armed Carjacking

Need to Identify


(Miami-Dade County, FL) -- 

The Miami-Dade Police Department, Robbery Bureau detectives are investigating an armed carjacking that occurred at the above listed location.  According to detectives, the victims had just entered the vehicle when both subjects armed with black handguns opened the doors.  Subject #1 then ordered Victim #2 (driver) not to move as he patted her down while holding her at gunpoint while Subject #2 ordered Victim #1 (passenger) to surrender all of her property.  The subjects then ordered both victims out of the vehicle, stole their property and fled in their vehicle.  The victims were not injured during the incident.  The vehicle has since been recovered.

The investigation continues.

Surveillance video captured the image of the subjects and investigators are seeking the assistance of the community in identifying and/or locating these individuals. Video surveillance footage may be obtained from the FTP site under MDPD case numbers PD130327112933.
