The Miami-Dade Police Department, Homicide Bureau continues to investigate a helicopter crash that occurred at the above listed location. According to investigators, Miami-Dade Police officers from the Kendall District were dispatched to a helicopter crash in a parking lot, located at 128th Street & S.W. 122nd Avenue. The two male occupants of the helicopter died on the scene. The aircraft crash investigation is being conducted by the Miami-Dade Police Department’s Homicide Bureau and the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB). The identification of the decedents will be released following proper identification by the Miami-Dade County Medical Examiner Department and next-of-kin notifications. Questions regarding the details/cause of the aircraft crash should be directed at the NTSB. UPDATE: The victims of the crash have been identified and listed above. There is no further information to release at this time.
