(Miami-Dade County, FL) -- 

 The Northside District, General Investigative Unit is investigating a shooting that occurred at the above listed location.  According to investigators, the victim was attempting to change a flat tire and Good Samaritan that lived in the area also assisted them.  At which time a black Grand Prix approached the vehicle and began to shoot at the victims striking Mr. Tates, Ms. Milatre and grazing Mr. Mills.  The subjects fled in an unknown direction.  Mr. Tates and Ms. Miliatre were transported to Ryder Trauma Center where they are listed in stable condition.
