Subject Arrested, Three Commercial Burglary Cases Closed |

|
The Miami-Dade Police Department, South District General Investigations Unit detectives have arrested Moises Albrecht and charged him with three counts of Commercial Burglary, Criminal Mischief, and Theft. According to detectives, on April 9, 2013, police was dispatched to the above listed location regarding a smashed front window. Upon arrival, the uniform patrol units observed the subject inside the business, and detained him in the kitchen area. The investigation revealed he smashed the front glass to gain entry and removed currency from the cash register. The subject was transported to the South District police station for further investigation, where he subsequently confessed to a total of three burglaries (The one listed above, PD130401119734 which occurred at the same location on April 1, 2013, and PD130408129032 which occurred at 27419 S. Dixie Hwy on April 8, 2013). The subject was arrested and charged accordingly.
