The Miami-Dade Police Department, Homicide Bureau, is investigating an incident that occurred at the above location. According to investigators, officers from the Town of Surfside Police Department responded to a physical altercation, where Carlos Ramos was found unresponsive. Ramos was transported to Ryder Trauma Center, where he was pronounced deceased. Cause of death is unknown pending the Medical Examiner’s report. The investigation continues…
